Windy Hills has the outdoor enthusiast at heart. Hiking, biking, volleyball, cross country skiing, fishing from our dock, ice skating, canoeing, kayaking, and boating are all right outside our door. Bird watching and abundant wildlife and flowers all add to the charm of a walk in our spectacular mountain scenery.

Windy Hills does offer park access to our neighbor Curt Gowdy State Park. Granite and Crystal Lake everyone's favorite offers, fishing, boating, scenic picnic areas and miles of exploring. Vedauwoo offers world known rock climbing and the legendary Medicine Bow National Forest are just minutes away. Downhill skiing and snowmobiling are available in the Snowy Range, and nearby horse back riding golf and tennis arrangements can be made. Of course unique western shopping and antiquating are available in Cheyenne and Laramie.
